There’s only so much loving I can do through a computer screen…

and I want to do oh so much more for you all…

but I cannot, as I can only pour out so much when the method of delivery is man-made and technological, and this makes me sad in more ways than you could ever know.

I long to embrace and enjoy the physical presence of so many whom I have never encountered in person; people who’ve impacted me beyond many with whom I have breathed the same town air for decades.

My closest and dearest are the furthest and far-flung.

I desire to hear their laughter ringing in my ears, sneak peeks at the sight of faces beautiful, and previously confined to internet tabs and the compact means that ensnare my universe into a mobile phone…and yet I am denied by sheer distance.

Thank the Lord my prayers for you all are collected and valued by God.

Some of you old-school Tumblr bro’s and dudettes here might remember that earlier this year I went off on an adventure for a couple of days to climb the highest mountain in Wales - 

and I got some pretty tasty photos. :D

Well guess what?

Now it’s England’s turn!

Tomorrow night after Youth, me and a couple of friends head to the Peak District, and then Saturday morning we begin our ascent up this beauty - 

Scafell Peak…

Doesn’t it look an absolute corker of a climb? :)

The weather forecast isn’t exactly pleasant though, so prayers for safe travel, both to the region, up Scafell peak, down again, and back home, will all be greatly appreciated of course!

I’ll say goodbye tomorrow before I leave and then I’ll be back on Sunday! :D

I said at the start of January that I was going to compile a scrapbook of all the encouragement, prayers and thoughts that you blessed me with over the course of 2012…

Well I’m still sticking to it (a little surprised at myself, haha),

and, so far, I currently have 803 screenshots to print off…

I’m gonna need a bigger book.

You people are honestly such a HUGE blessing in my life. I thank God for every single one of you! :)

I can’t wait to see how the rest of the year goes!
